Car Parking

The said property is in Kolkata. During the development process every flat owner is alloted 110 sq ft of parking space out of 330 sq ft on the North East side on the ground floor of the building. This is mentioned in registered partition deed. It is kind of shared parking. Particular area for any parking space is not defined. The whole area of 330 sq ft is shown in the partition deed as car parking space. Everyone’s parking is on the North East Side of the building. Is it possible for any of the owner to sell his share to anyone? It happened that two of the owners sold their share i.e. 110+110= 220 to a buyer through a registered sale deed where they demarcated the front portion of the North East side as the 220 sq ft. Is this legal? Is this registered deed be valid if the 3rd owner complains. Can the 3rd owner is free to keep his car in the front or middle of the North East Corner since in the registered partition deed after the development of the building any of the owner can keep his vehicle within his 110 sq ft be it in the front, or middle or back of the North East Corner?
