Q. What is to be done?

1.This company is deducting our salary via TDS, With zero salary slip and no HR policy 2.On the other hand, they didn't provide us any system to track our TDS ? 3.No tax payers ID rules ,and its a contract based job, Where there is zero system and mis-treatment happening with the employees. 4.No attendence management for which we are bound to work on public holidays, even if we take public holidays they force us to write an application for the same, the directors are least bothered and not halfway present during office hours? 5. The director is appointing people as COO/Management, without any qualifications and age. 6.(They don't' pay us online or via e.banking but they pay in cash fully) 7.It is a registered company with wrong detailings and commitment. 8. They are involved in personal work more rather than professional business. 9. They force us to be involved in their personal lives and do their personal works. 10.Then threaten us if we ask for extra leave. And don't give much credit to our work and pass unnecessary orders to work. We are seriously trapped!!! Please help.
