Anchestral property

My grand father purchased 32 acres land in 1957 in his own at the time he has 3 brothers means my grand father having 3 brothers. after my grand father expiry the land will be partitioned to my father and his two brothers. Due to my father and his brothers financial situations they sold 9 acres from 32 acres to grand father second brother sons in 1989 with sale deed from my father and his brothers at the same sold another 7 acres from 32 acres to my grand father 3rd brother sons with sale deed. After some days my father and his brothers with gift deed making an agreement they are registered 7 acres to my grand father 4th brother son also they again registered 1 acre to each of my father and his 2 brothers. In the year 2017 my grand fathers 4th brother grand son filed With section 270R1 there will be another 6 acres land which is not mentioned in gift deed agreement out of 6 acres he filed he need 3 acres land but my father and his brothers have 3 acres for each from 1989 also the land is purchased by my grand father. The session court given stay on land how to win and prove the case for winning by our family.
