Can I sell my property after obtaining an injunction in my favour?

I bought a property recently that was transfered from the owner(father) to the wife, son and daughter. All three of them signed the deed to assignment duly prepared by my lawyer. I was introduced to the tenants as the new owner and I gave them all a period to vacate , I also gave the mother and daughter ( the father and son doesn't live there anymore) till so.e extended months to vacate which already expired. To my greatest surprise, due to so.e disagreement between the son and the daughter who had brain washed the mother, the daughter and mother began to lie that they never signed the deed of assignment, that it was forged. Meanwhile, the son remains steadfast with the truth that they truly signed. The police investigation proved that the signatures were not forged. Now, can I go ahead to get a court injuction against them move them out of my property and then sell it immediately since I have all relevant original documents with me. I hope they new buyer will not be disturbed should they later go ahead to upturn the injuction against them. Again, what is the correct choice of injuction I should obtain against them( the mother and daughter refused toove out of my property). Thanks.
