Regarding release

Hi, As per company standard policy, 1) employee have to serve notice period of 90 days 2) in case the employee requests to be relieved without serving the complete notice, he/she is liable to pay a liquidated damage towards the shortfall in the notice period which us calculated based on the last drawn/ maintained basic pay component of the home location salary of the employee. The company reserves the right to finalise the date of release. If it is in the interest of the business and current assignment, the company reserves the right to ask an employee to either complete notice period or provide an early release. The company can adjust the earned vacation or basic salary in lieu of entire or partial notice period. Sir, I have already put resignation but unable to complete notice period(90 days). I have got a job in future organisation in other state where I have to join kn 18th apr, 2022. So I ask my current employer to release me before that and I am ready to pay the shortfall amount of notice period, but they are not relieving me without complete notice period. I have told hem that I will serve for 30 days and for rest 60 days, I will buy out the notice period, but they aren't agreeing. Please confirm if I move out from my current company and join future organisation on that exact date, they might abscond me as per current employer. So if they abscond me, can I receive relieving letter, pf amount, gratuity amount,?
