How can apartment resident association be requested move to Online Platform for Voting/General body

Hi, The apartment association where I own an apartment is facing a unique issue., I am sure this is there in other apartments too. Most of the owners are living in different cities (far away places). So they had given the apartment for rent. For a General body meeting or any other meeting where an opinion of owners are needed, only very few people are able to attend and effectively contribute. Most often tenants are not interested in such activities, same with proxies. too. So participation in General body meeting and voting is very low. As result the effectiveness of all these meeting are very poor. Many decision are biased in favour of few people. Many owners has requested for an Online platform like ZOOM and online voting facility. But the Management committee of RWA is NOT agreeing... saying that it is not approved. I am not asking whether online voting is legal or not, that is already answered here. !!! But ........... Apartment Owners in RWA are very similar to share holders in a company : The question I have is : if Public Limited Companies like TATA, JSW, etc can do Online voting for the General Body & elections, why can't apartment association do it? What is illegal about it? Online platforms does not cost much ...How can we get a blanket order from court or from an authority so that RWA are forced to use into online platforms for AGM and Voting along with paper ballots ? This will allow, outstation owners to participate in General Body meetings. Just like share holders in a company, we can never expect owners to be physically present in the complex of AGM, they might be travelling or living else where. Attend through a proxy is not an effective way. This day and age Govt cannot insist that owner has be physically present. Whom do I approach for this ?
