I received relieving letter stating abdonment and not resignation

I resigned from my current company without serving notice of 60 days but I did pay for diving notice days however I received relieving letter stating abdonment and not resignation. Can someone advise if this is valid. Below is the extract from joining letter In the event you fail to report to work without permission of your supervisor or manager for a continuous period of three (3) days and you are not contactable by the Company, then the abandonment process will be initiated in accordance with the Company’s Separation Policy, which may lead to termination of your employment in case you fail to resume your duties within prescribed timelines. Further, due to your failure to serve a notice period of 60 days as required under Clause 15(a) in the event of your resignation, the Company shall initiate abandonment process as mentioned above and shall reserve the right to deduct an amount equivalent to your salary for the unserved notice period from the dues payable to you as your full and final settlement subject to applicable law.
