Money recovery in cheque bounce case

Hi Sir, One of my friend took 1524000/- money from me and issued cheuqe. Unfortunately cheque dishonored and I filed a case. Finally he came to compromise and agreed in the court that he will pay the money and issued cheque again in from of judge. Then I have submitted the cheques to bank but again cheques dishonored. Now I can I recover his property and property in his father name. Can we get the property recovery from his ancestral property (agri land). Below is the court order: O R D E R Acting under Section 252 of Cr.P.C., r/w Section 147 of N.I. Act, the accused is hereby convicted for the offense punishable U/S.138 of Negotiable Instruments Act. (M.Vijay), XXXIII ACMM, BENGALURU. On considering the joint memo dated 15.11.2021 and on considering the facts and circumstances of the case, accused is hereby sentenced to pay fine of Rs.15,24,000/( Fifteen lakhs twenty four thousand only). In default he shall undergo simple imprisonment for a period of 3 months. In view of Section 357 of Cr.P.C., entire fine amount of Rs.15,24,000/shall be directly payable to complainant within agreed period as compensation.. Sir, If I file recovery suite normally how many months/years it will take in legal proceedings. Thanks in advance. Nitin Patil
