Can rent be paid to POA parent from NRI son property
I am a NRI, living in Abroad. I bought a flat in my name and wife name through POA (my dad).
I gave it to rent, can the rental amount be paid to my dad (40000 per month), will it be taxable for me or my dad. Please advice.
