Lease amount not refunded - sarfeasi act initiated

Hello Sir, I am Gayathri from Chennai. I have been entered in to lease agreement with my owner in 2017 for 3 years for 5 Lacs. The property which i am staying is the bank loan property. My house owner has taken this house for Bank loan and defaulted the payment. Now, the bank has sold the property under "SARFEASI ACT" and they are asking to evict the property. The bank is having the eviction order from court now. My owner is not traceable. He is not available in the phone or any other means of communication. Hence, I have given complaint in the local police station and got CSR acknowledgement. But, no action was taken by police and i have approached commissioner office to trace him. But, again there is no proper response from the police. After all these action, i have raised a complaint in "CM CELL" which was again investigated by local police. They said, he is not traceable by his phone number and they concluded that "all owner / tenant" issues has to be resolved by court. I have approached DRT (Debt Recovery Tribunal) but they are not accepting my suit stating that "I am neither a borrower nor lender". I have tried to appeal a Civil suit and the file was not numbered till now. Now, the bank want to evict the property. I have not registered the Lease agreement. But , I have the written agreement from owner in 50 Rs stamp paper. I am a widower and living with my mother in law. How can i recover my money. The lease agreement also ended in mid of 2020. Now, how can recover my money as the owner is not traceable. What action i need to take from my side. Also, if the Bank evict the property, can i continue searching my owner or I should not vacate the property. please advise as I dont know how to proceed further...Is the Sarfeasi act..overseed the Rent control Act? how can i protect my right and how to recover my money?
