Rectification deed

1.A cooperative society purchased no of plots in 1994 and promoted a layout 2. It sold one plot to one of their members(A) in 1994 3. Mr. A sold the plot to Mr. B in 2006 4. Mr B sold it to Mr. C in 2007 5. Mr. C transferred by settlement deed to D in 2008 In all the sale deeds Survey no of the plot for all the above transactions were mentioned as 521/2 and 521/3. Now when we applied for patta it came to our notice that there is a change in the sub division no and the new nos are 521/1B and 521/1C and these new nos are implemented in 1993. QUESTIONS a. Since the change is only in sub division still do we have to file the rectification deed? b. If yes, then whether the rectification deed should be signed by all the above five parties or only the last two parties c. Alternatively, if we transfer the property to another family member through another settlement deed and mention the above sub division change in the preamble. Will it solve the issue and the new no will automatically come in the land register and can we get patta with the new no d. Will there be any issue when we want to sell after doing the settlement deed
