MRO issued notice to my mother who is bearing a property hailed from her father

My grandfather got the property handed over through the court when ABC could not repay his debt to him. My grandfather won the case against the ABC. The court auctioned his land and the court registered and handed it over to my grandfather from ABC. In 1992, the ABC wife filed a case challenging the order. In 1994, the case came in favor of us and the junior civil court handed over the property to my grandfather. Since then the property mentioning all the boundaries being cultivated by my family. The property was transferred to my mother after the death of her father. On August 16th, 2021, a notice came to my mother from MRO asking her to appear before the MRO. We took the help of the lawyer and submitted a representation in reply to the notice. Now the MRO asking to survey the land mentioned in the 1B record where the daughter of ABC is now challenging for it. The daughter of ABC has no right as her name was mentioned in the handed-over letter of the court to us. What is the motive of the MRO behind the survey of the property? The property has a clear title, documents handed over by the court, FMB, Passbook, and 1B documents on behalf of my mother.
