Notice period extension

I work for a company in India and joined this company 3 year back. I joined for onsite opportunity and was directly recruited for onsite location outside India. So I was given secondment letter for onsite location with PF still being deducted in India thorough COC. At that time I signed Indian offer letter ( with 2 month notice) and onsite location offer (with 1 month notice). I was there in India for 5 days and got Indian salary than as per policy resigned and moved to onsite location as part of secondment.I was there for some time and due to covid returned to India 1 year back with working for same onsite location and salary. 1 month back my secondment expired and I was told that I would get Indian Salary but till now I haven't got that letter and I think notice period in that letter is 3 months. Now today I resigned as got better opportunity. So seeing current scenario I am not into any contract. Can company force me for 3 month notice? I can serve 1 month but not 3 month as new company would not allow me for 3 month. What are options available??
