Cutting of Fruit trees and Fruit bearing trees by Society Management.

Can Society Management cut fruit trees and fruit bearing trees discriminately? I live in a Cooperative housing society, which was developed and 680 plots were carved out and sanctioned obtained in 1968. There after the management has carved out more than 104 additional plots without sanction from the open spaces left. Not only that they have also allotted additional land to over 125 members from the open spaces adjacent to the members plot. They further planned to carve out additional 50 more plots from the open space. Hence a few members have got together and filed a PIL in the honorable High Court of Uttarakhand, Nainital. In the year 2018/ 19 Society themselves had distributed Jamun, Amwala, Mango, Guava, Neem, Tamarind plant for plantation in open areas. So I had planted them in open space left between my plot and neighbour's plot, in addition I planted additional fruit trees including Banana plants to check spread of bamboos toward my boundary, which was planted by my neighbor. All plantation done by me were almost 100 feet away from the road, it was not causing any hinderance to any one, nor had I prevented other members from taking banana leaves. Now the Society management has only targeted me and cut those fruit bearing bananas and all the fruit trees along my fence in retaliation to our complaint. I have already given an informatory petition to DM, SSP and Registrar Nainital High Court about a month back on likely reaction by the present and past management committee members and the benefitted members. So what is the remedy I can ask from the civil administration or the Court?
