Landlord harassing because new landlord wants the possession

This property is a restaurant made with 2 properties combined. This restaurant was running smoothly with 2 electricity meters from last 10 years. Let's say property A and property B. Now my Landlord sold the property A to New Landlord, So the new landlord is seeking for him possession but he cannot get it because my lease registered agreement is 5 years lock-in. Now recently Electricity board guy came and took property B's meter saying "You cannot use 2 meters if both the properties are joined". I told him that this is 10 year old property, i came 2 months ago, what is the problem now. Eletricity board guy says "we only inspect when someone complains". Now my Landlord says i must get the both the meter before starting the restaurant again or else he will not let me run the place. And electricity board says i cannot use any electricity from property A to property B. To legally use 1 meter for both the properties either i have to get both owners NOC that i'm using 1 meter OR i must put a wall in between both the properties. Both the scenarios are almost impossible. Please suggest me legally how can i run this restaurant. The biggest problem is, rent is 100 rs and deposit is 50 lacs.
