Regarding drt auction

I have been successful bidder in DRT auctioned property and have paid 100% bid amount in 12 days which is 1.3 crore.As per DRT rule sale should be confirmed on 31st day after auction .But borrowers has bought stay on 29th day citing that if granted some more time i will pay the wjole amount, for which court has stayed sale confirmation and post it a week later. 1)will court deny my sale confirmation and will give timw again and again as and when borrower ask 2)what rights do i have as highest auction bidder if the time mentioned as per law for sale confirmation is stayed by HC. 3 )Can I fight for sale confirmation even if borrower is ready to pay money after 30days which is time limit fixed by law. 4)If HC grants him some more time to pay .what should i file legally to vacate that stay. 5As per DRT law if borrower pays his dues including penality i.e 5% of bid amount within 30 days from date of auction after which HC grants stay can i ask for 15% of bid amount in case if that borrower pays amount after 30 days limit.
