Rights of a registry holder in a project Under Bankruptcy

Sir I wish to understand my right as a registry holder in a commercial ITES project in Greater Noida which has been in court under the bankruptcy code. IRP has been appointed and a builder has been selected by CoC to complete the project. However the case is getting endlessly adjourned. I wish to know 1. Do I have the right to take possession of my office space or shop (being a registered holder - there are about 300-350 registry holders) 2. Is the RP obliged to provide us with our demarcated Office/shop and if so who will bear the expense of the exercise. 3. If the RP permits possession, can any independent architech be asked to provide the demarcation or only the original architect of the builder can carry out the markings(asking for 5000 per unit) 4. Is the RP obliged to provide us the drawings based on which such demarcation can be carried out. 5. Is the RP obliged to provide the registry holders due possession and security till such time the case is resolved. 6. The building is 85% complete with structure and glass facade. Can the registry holders as a collective body try to revive and complete the project. There is no bank loan involved in the project
