Contractual dispute

We have a sub-station works contract with MNC Limited Company. The MNC Company gives some of the conditions in their work order when it starts which we have summarized below:- 1) The Contract has a specific time period. 2) The MNC Company will provide the Drawings & Design from time to time 3) The MNC Company provides free-issue materials (Like Steel, Cement Foundation Bolts, etc.) 4) The MNC Company releases the monthly RA Bill within one month after submission of the bill. In the present situation the problem we are facing 1) The Contract time has been expired and within this time period they failed to provide drawings, designs, sufficient working fronts & free issue materials (steel, cement, etc,) 2) They failed to pay our monthly bill within the stipulated time period 3) They are provided time extension but not mentioned in the extended work order about Liquidity Damage and penalty will be applicable on us or not. even we are sure that penalty will be applicable on MNC Company definitely. 4) Due to the non-availability of drawing, design, non-availability of working fronts, free issue materials we have suffered a huge loss. Now we want the legal opening regarding the above-stated contract as follows: 1) May we close the contract from our end. 2) If the contract closes from our end the MNC Company can take any legal action against us. if they can take any legal action against us then which type of action they can take legally as per contract. 3) With this contract closure letter may we claim the final bill and joint measurement for the balance executed work. 4) And what should we do in this matter. Because we don't want to continue this job in this situation as the present market price is too much high than 3 years back when we have received the contract with a completion time of 1 year.
