Women banker transfer in a nationalised bank

Hello Sir, I am a female, working as asst. Manager in a nationalised bank. i have been giving sincere service to my bank since last 8 years. I am married , my husband is working in a psu at delhi and i was also posted in delhi. I have a 3 year old baby girl and 69 year old widow mother who is officically dependent on me and staying with me. I have served my bank sincerely during covid-19 with the help of my mother and my husband support. Now, i have been informed that i am transferred to other state about 1000 km from delhi as i have long stay in delhi zone. I have submit my representataion the HR that to transfer me in a zone closer to delhi so that i may fulfil responcibility of my small child during ongoing covid panedemic but i have recieved no reply and verbally the responce is quite harsh. I have read directives from ministry of finance regd to keep women on same station as of spouse but unable to find any bank policy in line with it. Kindly guide me as it will be difficult for a lady to justify with its career when away from family.
