Eviction Suit against Dhobi residing in Society Compound - Mumbai City

I live in a society in Mumbai city (Sion). In our building there is a Dhobi who has been declared a tenant by the small cause court in 2008 and has been allowed a shed in the society compound. The order is ex-parte. The order passed by the court is in violation of FSI rules. Earlier the building was owned by the landlord and the dhobi had filed a case in the 1980s. The landlord sold the building to the members of the society in 2002. The members did not pay much attention and the society formation was delayed. The society got registered in 2009. During the period between 2002 and 2008, the dhobi pursued her prayer in the court. The court would send notice to Landlord to appear in the court but he did not and hence the court passed the order in favour of dhobi. I stay on the ground floor and I am directly affected by the nuisance created by the dhobi. And I wanted to understand what are the options available to me to have Dhobi evicted? I believe the court order is in violation of FSI rules as the court awarded her a shed to be erected in a building compound which is in violation of FSI rules framed by the local municipal corporation (BMC).
