Women property law: Grandfather Provided WILL on 1978

Dear Lawyer's, Please provide your opinion for the below Property issue: Issue: My Aunt (86 years old) applied case in court and demanding 25% property share from my father as per 2020 Women property rights law. (She is my father's own sister) Background: (i) My Grandfather has one son and 3 daughters. Year 1986, my father got signature from 2 Aunt’s and he didn’t get signature from elder Aunt. My father is with me and my aunt applied case against to my father on (April 2021) (ii) Grandfather passed away on 1980, all property documents are still in Grandfather's name and only PATTA /CHITTA /EB bills had changed to my father's name in 1984. (My Father applied for PATTA name change request then name got changed. Not happened in UTR PATTA change) (iii) Grandfather gave a WILL to Aunt (1978) and she sold property after Grandfather death (1980). My father didn't get any Will from Grandfather (iv) My father had changed only PATTA/CHITTA/EB Bills to his name in 1984 and these property documents are Still in Grandfather's name. (Those are AGRI lands) My Questions: 1. Since only PATTA/EB Bills are in my father's name, Can my Aunt eligible to ask property as per 2020 Property rights Law? 2. My grandfather gave Will to Aunt. No positive message in WILL (Just a WILL). WILL is accountable or not in court? 3. Father provided Lot of Amount/Gold to my Aunt. (No proof there) How it can be accountable in court? Kindly provide the details. Thanks in Advance
