Partnership dissolution

Hello experts, My family has 4 business partners (mother , father and 2 sons) in a partnership firm at a will and now they want to dissolve the partnership with one of the partners but he’s not agreeing to it. Their shares are as follows: Mother’s share-30% (Investor) Father’s share- 30% (Investor and property owner) 1 Brother-20% (business Expertise) 2 Brother 20% (Business license) They had already furnished the notice to him about dissolving the partnership but he hasn’t responded to it till now and now threatening the family that he will drag them to the court and force them to sell their property. Just to know you that the property is owned by the father only and just used to run the business. My father wants to sell the stock/ some of the property to pay off the debt but he’s worried that if that expelled partner won’t allow it and he might not lose the property in a court case to him. I would really appreciate an advise on the steps so that parternship could dissolve easily to shave off the debt and how to protect my family from any court case against from the expelled partner. We want to save the property (owned by father only) and stock (Invested by father only) to settle the liabilities.
