Interest to purchase other part of property in bank auction, which already placed injunction by me.

I'm writing this query on behalf of myself, I'm posted outside in India from last few years. I have one undivided house in my home-town. In 2016, one part of the property was sold out without notify to us. In 2017 in the month of May, the owner demolished his owned part of that house. On that incident, we came to know that house sold long time back. Unfortunately, there was no court case placed due to my unavailability. After escalated to Home ministry, we able to receive a temporary stay-order on the property till then the property shape changed to a vacant land. In 2018, placed a court case for illegal sale deed and court was given injunction on the property. This court injunction still in on-going and the vacant land keep in same state. In 2019 we able to know, the owner has taken a mortgage load based on that property and that was a top-up loan on an existing on-going loan. The existing loan was also based on other two property, which was transferred from other bank. We don’t know, when the top-up loan taken. But owner unable to repay EMI due to the all three assets (including mine one) went to bank’s NPA since 2019. In 2019, mine other part of the property placed an auctioned without taken physical possession of the property, thankfully no one interested to bid. But, bank not taken physical possession and tried to recover money from them. Original bank was migrated to other Big bank as per govt policy and owner got an opportunity to again deal to the new bank board members. New Bank not aware that property already in court injunction. The Bank again tried to recover money, unfortunately bank unable to recover sufficient money from the owner. Now, bank again decided to place an auction on my other part of the property, which I able to know from recovery bank manager. Last few days, the owner started some construction illegally on that land without knowing bank. Just we received a proposal from the bank recovery manager to participate the bid, because bank want to recover some money from NPA. What will be my stand, shall I participate the bid or drop mail to bank about court injunction, how they placed for auction. I’m interested that property, just wanted to know is there any issue, if I attend the bid and buy the property. Or please assist, what should be my next step.
