Funds taken by PayPal

Hi, I opened an Individual Business account in PayPal as a Freelancer in October, 2020. I had been providing Digital Marketing services (YouTube Video Promotion) to my international clients. All the transactions happened till 23rd November, 2020 was without any issues. As per the policy, PayPal charged for every transaction for the receipt from clients. I had provided services without a single complaint from my clients and hence PayPal allowed me to withdraw my funds without any issues. But suddenly on 24th November, 2020, PayPal blocked my account stating that I have violated "Acceptable Use Policy" and therefore I can no longer do business with PayPal. Subsequently, PayPal communicated that all my funds ($ 4,739.70 ie. INR. 3,35,000 approx.) will be kept on hold for 180 days and after the period PayPal will communicate about the funds withdrawal. But when I checked my account I saw that all my funds had been transferred to PayPal. I communicated with the PayPal customer care to know the reason and they stated that it might have been debited due to the violation of Acceptable Use Policy. It shocked me because I used to provide the same services as earlier and did not violate any of the policies. I haven't changed my services because I provide legit service and PayPal also didn't get any complaints from my clients. It is completely fine that PayPal has limited my account but cannot take my funds without giving clarification where I have violated the policy. PayPal had held my funds for a long 180 days which is completely unfair and also didn't realize that I had violated the policy, Suddenly after 180 days PayPal realized about my policy violation and took my hard earned funds. Please answer the following questions: 1. Why PayPal charged for all the transactions which it thinks is not compliant with the policy? 2. Why did PayPal allow me to withdraw my funds (manual transfer was allowed) earlier if it thinks that my transactions are not compliant with the policy? 3. Why did PayPal hold my funds for 180 days and then took my funds? 4. Why did PayPal harass me mentally by making me wait for 180 days and not communicating that my fund will be taken by PayPal? As a freelancer, I cannot bear the loss of this huge amount. Please resolve the issue and do the needful. Regards, Subrata Ghosh
