Residence rights in ancestral property in marriage under special marriage act

I am a Hindu and I married a girl under special marriage act in an intercaste marriage. In the court marriage, family of neither side was a witness. After court marriage, she demanded a public marriage ceremony inviting friends and relatives. To keep her honoured, I agreed and arranged a marriage ceremony in a temple, where she invited all her family members and relatives and they also joined the ceremony. But none of my family and relatives was present there. Mostly the common friends were present. Since marriage, we are living separate in my government quarter in a different place from my parental home. We visited my parental home only once to attend my grandmother's death anniversary after a year passed since our marriage. Now my question is 1) Which law will govern our forthcoming affairs related to our marriage..... Hindu marriage act or special marriage act ? 2) what if wife demands to stay with my father and mother in my grandfather's home ? Does she have any residence rights there ? 3) in case of our divorce, can my wife slam a DV case on my face, and claim to stay with my parents, although they didn't give consent for the marriage ? 4) we have a girl child of 2.5 years age. If I apply for divorce, how can she use her residence rights ? She has acres of land in her name, but no house in her name.
