Refund of my money from a holiday/travel private company in bangalore

Dear Sir/Madam, I stay in bangalore. And i had been to a. Holiday company as they Called me to come as collect the gifts that I received from them. Later when I went they are explaining about their holiday packages and all, so I am ok and trusted them and paid Rs 50,000/- and I asked them a confirmation email as well as details regarding the packages and the discussion that happened. And they promised to send in a day which didn't happened. 1. As they have informed me to wait till a week , I have been waiting for the membership card. 2. They told me that I'll get the confirmation mail in a day for which they took almost 8 days and they sent me a dummy template when I called them multiple times and reminded. 3. The people who spoke to me are very rude after they recieving money. So we went back to the company and requested for a refund as they are not responding on time for anything. 4. For which they had taken a refund request on a piece of paper and they signed with a seal stamp and they promised again the refund will be processed in 4 working days , which again didn't happen. 5. We waited for a very long time we are calling them for an update almost from past 11 days post the refund request ,they are rejecting the calls and either somebody else would pick up the calls and tell that the are busy and they would not give me any update when I asked for my refund. Now the person who promised us is speaking irrelevant and rude in chats for which I have proofs along with call recordings 6. Again after 4 das of the refund request when I called him for the refund he again extended to 7 days for which again we waited . Now he's telling due to lockdown we cannot do wait untill the lockdown is over. Question is how and to whom do I approach to resolve and get back my money for which he's cheating me
