Need solution

GM sir I took a 1bhk Ground floor house for a lease and we had a proper agreement with the landlord after three due to some reason our landlord sold that property to another person(regarding this he didn't done any intro to us & N. landlord), To N.landlord we told that we are going to continue for one year(in lease) and he had given me the new agreement last year as per agreement July we have vacate the house but due to Covid -19 we told that now its not possible we are going to continue and he also agreed but I totally forget to renewal the agreement . Now we planned to vacate on July month so as per agreement i have to inform 3 months before but I informed him 4 months before(this Apr'T21). I told him if get my deposit on July I will vacate by July itself but he told u plz vacate first I will give the deposit on Aug, but I refused and told with this deposit amount only we can change the house. So plz tell me I didn't renewal the agreement either it will create any problem? (EB I am paying by online only).Still we are in that house only, if he refused to pay the deposit means what shall I do plz guide me sir.
