Contempt of court for court order violation suit - how to withdraw if it is linked to main partition

My father and his four brothers inherited agricultural land property from my grandfather . All except one brother is alive. i, arup banerjee , a grandson , bought the shares of the joint property from three brothers heirs . one refused to sell and then instituted a partition suit with an ex partee injunction on the sale purchase of the proprtyvtill partion. we recived court order of injunction by speed post three days after i have purchased and registered the property in my name .injunction was passed expartee one day before our transaction of property without our knowledge. he instituted a misc suit for contempt of court order violation of injunction against me and the three sellers .( heirs to ge three brothers of my father , that is ge other co- sharer ) now he wants to make an agrrement with me that if i agreed to his price , he will withdraw the partition suit . my question is , if i agree to purchase his share and he withdraws the partition suit , will the contemp of court suit will fall automaticaly because it is part of the main partition suit or he needs to withdraw the contemp of court order violation misc suit seperately . can he withdraw a contemp of court civil petitionin his own or it is for the court to decide . Also how to approach this situation where we both wants an out of court settlement and make an agreement in order to find a solution , where he gets the money for his land , i buy the land and the main partition suit , injunction for buying and selling of the said land parcel and civil contemp of court for violation order of injunction to buy and sell misc suit , all are dropped.
