Land Survey Issue

Namaste. I’m from Telangana. I’m posting this regarding one of my agriculture land issue. It is registered with 30 and 31 survey number. Actually, it’s a joint property with my neighbor with same survey numbers. The total land is about 14 acres in both survey numbers in which 9 acres belongs to me (in both survey numbers) and remaining 5 acres to my neighbor (in both survey numbers). We have land passbooks but this land is not mutated. Our lands are not in sequence. they goes like first is 3 acres of my land and next 2 acres of neighbor’s land and goes on. In both survey numbers. but I would like to separate my land of 9 acres. Like 9 acres of land one side and 5 acres of land another side. Here the issue is my relative land is in senior civil court for partition suit (5 acres of land) within their family members. So now they are stopping me to separate my land and they are saying it is in court, you cannot do anything until the final hearing. But it’s their issue, I have nothing to do with their partition suit. I Already discussed with them that, “first we should separate our land and we will do agreement on bond paper for separated land borders and After your case we can go for mutation “. Still, they are denying and not cooperating with me. Survey officer also afraid to do survey because of neighbor’s court issue due to same survey numbers. Because of my neighbors’ issue I’m suffering a lot. 1 in this situation how to get my separate land and to mutation 2 do I need to get the permission from the same court to survey my land. What should I do in this situation? Please suggest me with best options available.
