Can a contested divorce be converted to mutual divorce

My husband filed divorce petition against me. But later through elders we had performed mediation and in that settlement agreement, it was written that both will go for mutual divorce, saying that the existing petition can be converted to mutual and they will add some terms and conditions as per the settlement agreement. And the day when we attended the court, both parties signed on terms and conditions memo, which the lawyers submitted for MC, and the same they showed in family court for divorce. Everything happened as if it was mutual, but when the divorce order came, it happened that whatever allegations my husband filed in the divorce petition are considered and the court granted divorce. 1) Is there any way that I can approach and convey the court that I had agreed upon mutual consent but not as contested divorce. After looking at the order, I understood that my lawyer filed no objection on behalf of me to get divorce. 2) In this divorce order, he mentioned that DVC and MC are false, so is there any provision in future that he comes back and file any case against me mentioning those as false? 3) And the DVC and MC cases which I filed, the lawyer wanted to keep in Mega Lokadalat and then wanted to strike them off , the necessary signatures also were taken, so even if I dont attend, will the court strike off the case in Lokadalat? 4) But my husband is not withdrawing a case which he filed on my father under Sec 324 (FIR registered), once all these cases were cleared, can he extend this case to come to court and then make proceedings (the case is still in crime stage, no charge sheet yet was filed) 5) If its not explicitly written in MC terms that he should not have any right on my property, is there any provision that he can ask maintainance from me?
