Common area rights and harrassment

Hi, I stay on groundfloor and my first floor neighbor's are keeping their bicycles (kept for years unused condition)and shoes rack in the common area. I have objected for the same. They refused to take them off. The name plate on entrance has the name of previous owner of groundfloor (as we are owner now)with their name (on which I tried to put black tape to cover it, they removed it). People who come to us now (that we are living in the groundfloor) often get confused due to the name plate. I have put my name plate still the old name plate is there. I would also like to know the cleaning, painting work, repairing work responsibility of common areas. What legal implications are there if one floor does not contribute to it? Leakage from ceiling coming from above floor? My above floor neighbor demands us to remove our car everytime the mcd sweeper comes for cleaning outside the house, not doing it she threatened to make us suffer if any leakage problem from their own floor comes. She also stopped the awning work which I was doing in my balcony threatening me that she will call police. On many occassions she has screamed and humilated my maid of not cleaning the common area properly And accused my gardener for leaving dry leaves after cutting plants from my floor outside the house. She is very vigilant of my helpers and complaining about their work. She accuses me of keeping the motor on when infact it was not my motor which was on. She interferes whosoever delivers things to us from outside like if somebody rings her bell by mistake she screamed and shouted not only at us but also the person who makes delivery. I feel all this is harrassment. Last thing is There is a common chaft (common area)which is joined to each floor there is motor kept for each floor in that chaft. Now since we are on groundfloor, they go through our ground floor window to get to the motor in the chaft. Do they have legal right to cross our ground floor space to get to the common area chaft all because we live on the groundfloor and it will be difficult to climb down through chaft to come down to ground level.
