BDA approved layout in notified area for land acquisition by BDA in Shivram Karanth layout

I have purchased a plot in one of the BDA approved layouts which is under notified area for BDA acquisition to form Shivram Karanth layout. The layout where I have purchased is BDA approved layout with BDA khatas and site release orders received for all its sites in the layout. Some of the developments before I ask my question 2008 - BDA notifies(preliminary notification) 3560 acres of land for acquisition for formation of Shivram karanth layout. 2008-2015 - no further action from BDA. 2011- BDA gives layout approval for our layout (3 acres land which is inside the 3560 notified land) 2013- BDA issues release orders for all the sites in our layout in two stages. 2015- high court quashes the preliminary notification for acquisition of 3560 acres of land. 2015- BDA approaches Supreme Court. 2016- I purchase a site in the BDA approved layout stated above and get the BDA khata on my name and continue paying taxes to BDA 2018- Supreme Court orders acquisition of 3560 acres of land. BDA is now silent on the fate of our layout though it acknowledges that it has given layout approval and has released all the sites inside the layout. Note- our layout of 3 Acres odd fall inside the 3560 acres. Now my question is Can BDA acquire our land?? If yes then how Can it acquire the layout which is duly approved by them only with release orders issued for all the sites.
