Right in elder brothers property

I'm the younger son among 2 sisters and 2 brother. My father had 2 wife's and my late elder step mother who is no more had 1 son who's eldest among all the siblings. All my siblings are married and and govt employees except me and my elder full blood brother whose name is roshan are unemployed as well as unmarried. Last year in his name (roshan) our family got the petrol pump dealership (license) because my father age got expired for the dealership and my mother was not eligible due to educational qualifications. We belong to sc category due to which he will get corpus fund (bank loan) for the construction purpose, but the soil work and all other expenses is amounting to 40 lacks which will be beared by my father by selling the old house and the remaining construction work will be get done by my brothers loan money which is approx 80 lacks. The land is in the name of my father and mother. Now my queries are 1.What should be ideal ownership process. (Eg-Hindu undivided family business) 2.How much right do I have in this property. 3.as per my elder brother he is telling that this property is in my name and all the construction expenses are beared by me so the sole ownership is of mine and I will return the other expenses with time. In this scenario what should I do as my father is also very much confused.
