Cancellation of sale deed and mutation in revenue record.

I had purchased a property in 2000 thru registered sale deeds from one my real uncle and have got mutation in revenue record also. But physical possession was not ever taken by me due to some amicable terms are with him. I was socked and surprise when 2001 I have received a Notice of Court where my uncle filed a Civil Suit for Cancellation Of Sale Deed against me claiming that the amount, which he consider at time of Sale Deed, was a loan and now he is ready to pay back. I had replied with my counter claim for possession. My uncle then not pursue his case and the same was decided in 2002 against him and my counter claim was Decreed in my favour with direction " Plaintiff is directed To handover physical possession to The Respondent. But my uncle never handing over physical possession to me by giving one pretext then other so it coz the Decree for Possession lapse limitation and then in 2016 I modify the same decree from relevant court for my further execution. I was again socked and surprise to see when I visited revenue office that my uncle had got mutation in his name by virtue of a false sale deed of 2006 in his name to which i have never executed in his favour. Aggrieved by this act of my uncle I lodge a FIR u/s 420-120-B, 467, 464, 471, 468 against him, filed an appeal to DC Revenue for cancellation of Mutation, filed a civil suit for cancellation of sale deed, filled Execution of Decree in civil court also. Please assist me from which court either from revenue or civil court I can get my property back in my name with proper possession title and mutation. And please suggest if any other suit/application are eligible for this case.
