House purchased by me in the name of my wife. After her death, I should be the absolute legal heir.

I am 80 years old person living alone. I have a house at Ulhasnagar, purchased by me in the name of my wife being a house wife. We have 2 sons and 3 daughters all married and living separately. After my retirement, we were dependent on our sons for some period, but due to family clashes, they stop helping us. Then our married daughters came forward to help us for our lovely hood and medical care. At this juncture, my elder son promised me to take care of me, if I permit him to construct a house above my house itself. We orally allowed them, however it was an illegal construction. Our younger son taken objection on this construction and so, elder son also started fighting against us. One year before, my wife passed away without a will. My son's compelled me to leave the house. Since there I am living with my 2nd daughter. My daughters are taking care of me with all expenses. Now my sons are abstracting me to sell my property, claiming as the legal heirs of the same. I don't want to give a single penny to my son's, but want to make a will to distribute shares of money as per my wish after my death. How can I sell my house alone? Is there any provision in Law for the same in above stated situation??
