How to sell co-owned property

Hi, We have a property (old bunglow) in which my father is one of the co-owners along with four other co-owners, who are brothers of my father, i.e. my uncles. Currently one of my cousins has occupied property since last almost more than 10 years even though he has other house to live and has very good financial backup. The property is in city area of Maharashtra and property tax of last few years has been paid by cousin with the pretext that he is living there so others should worry about it. Being the co-owner of property, my father neither being paid rent by cousin who is occupying property nor there is a consensus among all the uncles to sell the property nor is the cousin ready to vacate the property. My father and one of the uncles living in other city than where property is located. As my father and one of the uncles (who is co-owner) are in need of money, they would like to sell the property. However, we are not sure how to proceed in this case. We have already put option to rest of the coowners to own the property by paying whoever would like to get out of this property. But, the uncle and cousin who are occupying are offering very low price than market price. It would be of great help if you could guide me about my legal options.
