Dispute relating to parking of car on public road in front of boundary wall

In a Residential house, First floor was owned by me whereas Ground and Second Floor was owned by my two brother in laws. AND we all the three had an Un Registered Agreement that Each one of us will have a right to park one car at the side gallary of Ground Floor and further Each one of us will have right to have one water tank at top floor i.e roof of 2nd floor. My brother in law owning Ground Floor sold his floor to one outsider but before execution of sale deed in his favor SIMILAR agreement was entered into between the oursider purchaser and myself as well as son of my remaining brother in law.as my Brother in law owning 2nd floor had expired by that time. As the remaing brother in law had rented his 2nd floor to Mr. Saurabh Gupta who doess not have any car .hence I and the New Purchaser [Outsider ] was parking one car each in the side gallary of ground Floor as per agreement. and both of us were parking their 2nd car on Public Road, In front of boundry wall of theGround Floor. Now New owner of Ground Floor i.e Outsider wants me to park the car which I am parking on the public road in front of Ground Floor also inside the Side Gallary of House as he intends to park his both cars on Public Road in front of his ground Floor but this proposal is not suitable to me as both ofmy sons are working in Companies and daily face problems due parking of cars by New owner of Ground Floor partially blocking the entry or exist of Main Enty Gate of Ground Floor side gallary. Kindly advise me the legal position in this regard.
