Issue of tuition classes being conducted by neighbour during covid19

We are a flat owners in a G+2 appartment in Hemanagar, Hyderabad. Since it's a small community we have no by-laws and maintenance is supervised by one of the flat owners on rotation basis for 1 year. The flat owners opposite us conduct tuition classes for students upto 10+2 classes. We dint object to that earlier though at times we had faced inconvenience due to only a 5/6 feet corridor between us. Since the relaxation of COVID19 restrictions they have again started conducting tuition classes and we have raised objection to that because the cases are raising after the second wave of CORONA19. But they have summarily rejected our plea stating that the parents of students have consented for sending them to tuition and instead blamed us (other owners in the same floor also) for allowing our children (all aged 3 to 10) to play in corridors saying that it is causing disturbance to them. When we raised the issue in the WhatsApp group of our apartment they took it as a personal issue and even dint head to the request of the maintenance incharge also to consider stopping the classes. Other owners in other floors remained non-responsive. So we want to know how can we ensure that they dont carry on the tuition classes until the pandemic is over.
