Should I go to civil or revenue court for partition of my agriculture land with unauthorized colony?

In 2014, I had an agreement with a property dealer to transfer my 2 acre inherited land to a property dealer with due date for payment in 2015. The agreement could not be performed because of incomplete payment on the property dealer's part. This 2 acre land is a part of 9 acre unpartitioned land out of which the property dealer is co-sharer of 6 acres which he bought from other co-sharers. Even after failure to make payment and without deed transfer the property dealer kept plotting on all the 9 acre land. Therefore I filed a suit for stay on construction and alienation of my land in 2017 which I won on 1st March 2021. But now there are houses almost all over the land and some plots are with boundary wall and some are without any construction. What should I do now to take physical possession of my 2 acre land? After research I came to know that agricultural land is out of civil court's jurisdiction. Is there any shorter method for physical possession? Should I file the suit in civil court or revenue court?
