Business partner absconding since 1 year and there is a bank loan liability (LLP)

My business partner in an LLP has been absconding from the office for 1 year and is not contributing to the business. The business has a bank loan and somehow, I as the second partner am paying monthly interest from my own pocket as the company has no money to afford even the interest liability. On repeated follow-up, the absconding partner is replying barely over facebook assuring me that he would pay all the loan liability but with no assured timeline. Flashback: The absconding partner sold the company's material to a few unknown parties without my content and did not even cut the bill for the same - This happened almost 2 years back. He then apologized and promised that he will get the money back from all these buyers, but he could not return even a single penny. The total receivables were more than the loan in the company and hence it brought down the business to zero. We again tried to restart the business, but the absconding partner abruptly ran away to his hometown in Feb 2020 and has not returned ever since. He has changed his number and is only replying over Facebook. This whole scenario is taking a toll on my mental health as I am paying interest to the bank every month and have no money to do any business. He has spoilt our company's reputation, and no one is willing to extend any help. Even basic expenses to keep the company running like CA fees is being born by myself alone. I understand that as a partner in LLP he is liable for only the capital contributed but how do I manage the mammoth bank loan. If I default on the loan, my personal CBIL will go bad and frankly, I should not suffer because of my partner. I even agreed to pay half of the amount, but the absconding partner is not even willing to pay half of the amount. Please advise how do I take this case forward?
