Platinum city - Buying a flat

I need an advise from a lawyer who knows about the complex - Platinum city (Yehwantpur Bengaluru). This property is well known for its "No OC' issue. There is a RERA case going on as well. I know there would be general advise - Don't buy the apartment. But I need some advise beyond that. My questions are: The complex has an issue with the Block O due to which the OCs are pending for most apartments in the complex. What if I am buying an apartment in the Block G at the 2nd floor? Will BDA come and evict everyone in the G Block? I want to take risk as the apartment I am getting is at below the market price and I don't intend to resell it atleast for next 10-15 years. So, can I go ahead and buy it? What are other issues that I will face apart from the eviction and resale value? I know for sure eviction will not happen and I am okay with low resale value as I don't intend to sell. The rental value is good in the apartment. So, I can give it on rent even if the resell value is bad.
