How to get it rectified

A family as filed a case for partition suit in 1989 and in 1993 through comprise they settled the dispute by doing or sharing the property through court and fdp was also been passed for nearly 6 items of property. Out of one property consisting of two survey numbers 15/2 (2 acres and 29 guntas ) and 16/1 (1 acre 11 guntas) totally 4 acres and this property has west side road facing, in this property all 4 family members have taken land with road facing and schedules accordingly to road facing west and respectively proper schedule for all four shares , in this family was thinking that 16/1 was at south and north portion of this land was 15/2 and west is road , east is private property, so accordingly now west facing is road for all the 4 pieces and east is other property of other land owner , south is 16/1one share of 1acre 11 guntas , next is 29 guntas , next is 1 a and next is 1 acre of 15/2 , now all the family members have sold the properties , the land of 15/2 ,1 acre from north portion is purchased by Raju and rest all 3 portion is purchased by Arun , but accordingly to village map , 16/1 is completely to road facing and 15/2 is behind the 16/1 , now Raju as done survey and came to know this problem, but raju wants us property to do DC conversion and layout plan approval for plotted development, but authorities are telling that in raju s land front portion is 16/1 14 guntas and ur survey number in sale deed is 15/2 , u shud do compromise with Arun and do mutual settlement or go through court, now Arun is more greedy and not willing to do any such rectification or help us he wants to grab the land , he as put an IA case and not attending it properly, now for raju the property need to be DC converted with rectification or through some court guidelines , pls guide for this
