OCI inherit to fathers property

I was a citizen of India till 2019 and became OCI after that. My grandfather were two brothers(both passed away). The property(includes agriculture lands) between them was divided equally. My grandfather have 5 sons and his portion was divided equally in the 5 sons, but the registration was not done so, it is being done now. At the time of registration, my father wants to register the property on my name instead of himself. Can you please let me know if it is possible, since it also contains agriculture land? As per RBI website: Gift/ Inheritance of immovable property (a) A PIO may acquire any immovable property (other than agricultural land/ plantation property / farm house) in India by way of gift from a person resident in India or a NRI or a PIO. (b) A PIO may acquire any immovable property in India by way of inheritance from a person resident in India or a person resident outside India who had acquired such property in accordance with the provisions of the foreign exchange law in force or FEMA regulations, at the time of acquisition of the property. As mentioned in clause b, can i get it by inheritence? Regards
