SRA flat registration and transfer after 10 years of possession

Hello Experts , Can someone please guide me - My family lived in slums in Mumbai since 1982 . In 2006 , Developer and Builder came in with proposal of SRA for the same slum area . In 2008 it was agreed to hand over the land for redevelopment to Developer/Builder . In 2010 , the SRA building was completed and flats were handed over to owners . My mother is owner of this flat who passed away this year . I live with my father in this house . I have 2 elder sisters as well who are married and live with their spouses . Since it had been 10 years now for this SRA property , it makes us eligible for property registration and title transfer of the property . How should it be done now in this case as my mother has passed way . Their are agents and committee members who are misguiding us and asking us for handsome fees to make this happen which we don't want to pay . It was decided with my mother and father that flat is to be transferred to my name . Relations between myself and my elder siblings are are not healthy . I am afraid that property dispute might occur in future . Hence I want to complete this transaction by following all the legal procedures . Could you advice me on how could I complete this transaction so that in case if litigation case arises in future then as well I have proper documentation that will help me to prove the transaction was legal and within laws . Many Thanks and awaiting for response .
