Girl's right over father's plot

My father has a plot which is his self earned property. I have two brothers and i am the only girl child and my mother is surviving. My father passed away in 1993 without a will. My father executed a lease deed for 80 years in favour of one of my brother facilitating him to construct a house with bank loan but later the loan amount was paid back to him by my father. Some 15 years back my brothers pressurised me and got some papers signed ( stamped papers ) as NOC quoting some marriage expenses incurred for my marriage which happened in 1984 but till date the document (stamped paper) is not registered and kept by them as hand documents. I came to know that they have cancelled the lease deed executed by my father in one of my brother's name and partitioned between my elder brother and younger brother without my signature and my mother's signature. Now only i came to know about the Supreme Court judgement delivered in 2018 regarding women's rights on father's property. I have three questions to ask 1. Whether i can claim a share in the plot purchased by my father which is still in his sole name? 2. Whether the unregistered stamp document prevents my claim? 3. Whether the partition deed between my brothers is valid which was created without my knowledge and signature?
