How to protect me and my family from 498A

I am 33, an Indian male, married in December 2019 under Hindu Marriage Act. I am the only son of my parents (I have a sister, she is divorced and employed). I have had many issues with my wife since then. She has threatened me with divorce, almost daily verbal abuse towards me and my parents for frivolous things. She tries to control me financially and ensures that I exhaust my entire salary before she touches any of her salary (I earn about 1.3 lacs pm and she earns about 1.2 lacs pm) and plenty of other issues. I have 50+ GB of audio, phone and video recordings of her and her family abusing and threatening me and my family She has threatened to destroy my career and my family by filing 498A. I tried to talk to her mother and brother, but they could only find fault in me. This month I felt I have had enough and I have walked out of the home in her parents presence (rented apartment belonging to her brother. Rent was paid every month). I don't want to break the marriage but I have had enough. In our last conversation, I told her that I would return back only if she stops her abuse towards my parents and helps me in getting a legal protection for my family towards any false 498A complaint to which she agreed. I have not taken any dowry from her before or after marriage. She has spent some 1.5 lacs since Dec 2019 in household expenses. She has saved some 12 lacs over the past year while I have only 3 lacs of savings (that too in Mutual Funds, zero bank balance). Even the gold rings and chain that I received during the marriage along with all all her ornaments and gold is in a bank locker at her mother's place. She met my family for the last time in December first week 2019. After that she has spoken once with my mother and once with my Dad (one call during New Year and another during Dusshera). Each call lasted for less than one minute. I want to protect my family from any false 498A complaint. What kind of proof should I ask my wife to give me to do so? Will an affidavit stating no dowry and last direct contact suffice. Should I get a video recorded message or an audio recorded message or anything else. It was my decision to marry her. If anything happens in the future I don't want my family involved in it. Please advise.
