Discontent in allotment of flats in Redevelopment Housing Society

Dear Sir, Our co-operative housing society in Mumbai is in the process of redevelopment and now we are in the process of allotment of flats to members and DA execution. This is regarding allotment of flats. 1) Existing building is ground + four floors, whereas New Proposed building will be 22 storey tower. 2) Unanimous decision was taken in SGM in the year 2013 and agreed by all Society members to allot flats thru Draw system. 2) Now Development committee has changed and are compelling for only floor wise allotment. It means 4th floor member will get 17th floor in new proposed building and 1st Floor member will get lowest floor. 3) As you are aware that Value of lower floor is higher in old ceased buildings without lift. So, existing members in lower floor should get preference for higher floor in new building. In spite, I agreed for draw which is also denied by current committee members. 4) Few society members have managed selective allotment with developer to get higher floor rise. Therefore, I felt inequality and unfair. Please do suggest how can i deal with this situation. Nimesh Thanawala M-[deleted]
