One boundary wrongly mentioned in Conveyance deed

I brought the lease right of the CIDCO leased plot in New Panvel, Navi Mumbai from a gentleman in the year 2003 and this gentleman is not traceable now...After registration of sale deed agreement where in all registration fees were paid , I obtained loan from the bank based on the sale deed agreement and paid the full amount .As per CIDCO requirement a conveyance deed was registered in Rs.100 stamp paper after full payment. These documents were submitted to CIDCO and the property was transferred to my name .Subsequently i built a house in the property and obtained occupancy certificate from CIDCO in 2004 and since then I am staying in this property. All CIDCO payments like Service Charges/ water bills/ electricity bills are in our name and is being regularly paid. by us .In spite of each CIDCO plot is specifically identified by its unique address like (a) Plot No (b) Road no (c) Sector No and (d) Node, in the Agreement for sale conveyance deed boundaries are specified.Although in Agreement for sale deed the boundaries are correctly mentioned, in conveyance deed there is a typographical error in one of the boundaries. On South Instead of Road No.8, it is written as Plot No.8. Few months back only I noticed it, Under the above circumstances can you advise me what to do ? Will it be a problem if I want to sell the property?
