Transmission of shares of CHS to beneficiary under probated Will

Good Day to you all ! My father expired in 2016 and his Will was probated by Bombay High Court in 2019. I was bequeathed a flat in a CHS located in Mumbai. My name stands first in the Nomination form that dates back to the mid-eighties and my brother's is second, both shares mentioned as 50%. There are no issues between us and no objection from him regarding I becoming sole owner of the shares. In this context: 1) Do I have to submit copy of the Probated Will for transmission of the shares by the Society and the procedure of making me a full-fledged member ? This document contains details of my father's Will and of his estate which I would prefer to avoid divulging to the MC of the Society,so is it possible to provide another document that will be legally valid as far as the Society is concerned. 2) How long will the procedure take approximately ? Althogh I have made the Society aware of the existence of the Nomination Form , the MC is currently not accepting to respond to my queries or send me information that I am requesting from them regarding Society accounts and other matters on the ground that I need first be accepted as member, for which I need to submit my application. I also need to mention that there has been a backlog regarding payment of the dues but which will be settled very shortly. 3) My brother and I are both foreign passport holders with OCI. Besides Probate (or alternate document as per 2), what other document (s) would be required by the Society. Thank you All for your feedback and wish you a Happy, Bright & Prosperous New Year !
