Contempt of Court

My uncle, U, filed a civil suit demanding share of property, say A, that I got from my grandfather as per his registered will. The case is ongoing. Meanwhile, my father sold property B to a third party, which belongs to my father, through a registered sale deed in Dec 2020. Upon doing so, the registration couldn't get through because he got to know that the court has passed a temporary stay on the property B in January 2020. He wasn't aware. Yes, the suit was filed by my uncle, U, on my property, property A. But my another uncle, V, in the same suit got a temporary stay sanctioned on my father's property B without filing another suit. Our lawyer didn't tell us about the stay nor we had any clue or any documents regarding the stay. And as the suit had my property A in question, we didn't even consider property B, belonging to my father to be of any litigation. Will this attempt to contempt of court on my father's part? If yes, what are the remedies for him to prove his point and to make his say?
